Garlic Pickle

1/2 Garlic
1 Small bowl split skinned Mustard seeds
1 Lemon
2 tsp Red chilli powder
1 Bowl Curd
2 tbsp Turmeric power
Jaggery to taste
Salt to taste

Dry the Garlic in the sun for about 45 mins. so that it can be skinned easily. After skinning soak Garlic over night in Curd. Then remove the Garlic from Curd. Wash it with water and let it dry on a piece of cloth.
